Jonathan joined Douglas Duff in 1997 and has specialised in commercial and industrial agency in Milton Keynes. He has negotiated major transactions on behalf of property owners and occupiers across the office, industrial and retail sectors. His clients include a range of institutional funds, property investors, property development companies and local & national business occupiers.

Recent significant transactions include the leasing of a headquarters office building on behalf of Gazeley UK Ltd and the acquisition of the freehold interest in a 50,000 sq ft of industrial property on behalf of Papa John’s GB Ltd.

Advising upon the sale, leasing and development of new office and industrial space has become one of his principal areas of interest and expertise. Jonathan has advised upon the acquisition, sale and development of land in both the office, industrial and residential sectors.

Current projects involving the sale, leasing or development of new business space include:

  • Offices at Woodlands Business Park, Knowlhill Business Parc, Newton Court and Milton Keynes Business Centre.

  • Industrial/warehouse space at Integra:MK, Torc:MK, Genesis, Gravitas, Vantage Park and Chancerygate Business Centre.

  • Retail space at Oxley Park and Grange Farm.

  • Research & Development space at Colworth Science Park.

Jonathan also has experience of providing valuation advice for pre-acquisition investment appraisal, secured lending and UK financial statements purposes.

Away from the commercial property market, Jonathan is a keen runner and an experienced (some say accomplished) bass guitarist.
