Philip joined Douglas Duff in late 2004 and specialises in Landlord & Tenant work involving all forms of commercial property in and around Milton Keynes and Bedford and for certain clients throughout the country.
Recent significant transactions include working with Douglas Duff’s Consulting Surveyor in connection with references to Arbitration and Expert Surveyor for national retail clients at the Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent, the Trafford Centre near Manchester and The Maltings Shopping Centre in St Albans. Philip is also involved in rent reviews for the same client in Chelmsford, Cheltenham and The Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham.
His other work involves acting for both landlords and tenants in connection with shops, offices, factories, warehouses and other more specialised uses in and around Milton Keynes and Bedford.
