1 CARDINGTON GATE, BEDFORD

A modern, individually built warehouse at 1 Cardington Gate, Bedford, has been let by joint agents Brown and Lee and Douglas Duff to the Continental Clothing Company.

The company is expanding their Neasden-based distribution facility and so the proximity to the by-pass was a crucial factor in their choice – as was the landlord’s readiness to do a ‘pragmatic’ deal, says Douglas Duff Director, Andrew Clarke.

Continental Clothing have taken a lease with a 15 year term and a break at eight years and have gained just over 40,000 square feet of warehouse and office space.
