Start-ups take the plunge

Current market conditions seem to be encouraging business start-ups and small business expansions.

Douglas Duff’s Bedford office reports that in the last few weeks they have acted in the sale of a 1200 square feet industrial unit to an owner-occupier at Grisedale Court, Kempston.

They have also helped businesses leasing their first premises into industrial units on the Fenlake Industrial Estate in Bedford and at Norris Way in Rushden.
