Trek Bicycle Corporation departed their UK distribution HQ at the Libra estate, Maidstone Road, Kingston, Milton Keynes in May 2011 and relocated to a fabulous state-of-the-art 80,000 sq ft facility in the Tilbrook district of the town, about 3 miles away.

Douglas Duff was appointed by Trek to advise upon the disposal of unexpired leases on its former premises, which included two modern detached warehouse units within the Libra estate.

Within a short marketing period of less than 6 months, terms were agreed with Babcock Training Ltd, who have now completed a new lease on Unit B Libra.  Unit B is the larger of the two former-Trek units and has a gross internal floor area of 26,386 sq ft (2,451 sq m).

Babcock will operate a technician training centre from the Kingston site for its Automotive Training division.
